Fantasmic dining - substituting child entree for adult?

We've never actually done a Fantasmic dining package. Our reservation is made, but wondering if we can pay for an adult entree versus a child one (paying the adult price obviously). I can certainly understand why the reverse would not be allowed.

Also, for Plaza Inn parade dining package, does anyone know if you can substitute the grilled chicken for fried instead?

These don't seem like difficult substitutions, but I would like to hear what others know. Thank you.
