In the hope that Fantasmic comes back before my end of April or September trip, I have a question regarding the Premium Dining package at Riverbelle Terrace.
I know that this can all change but In the past you had to call the dining reservations hotline but I’ve noticed now it says on the website that you must “book at the restaurant”. What does that mean exactly? Do you still call or do you actually have to walk up to the restaurant to book?
I understand that bookings are temporarily closed for this, just trying to work it out once it’s up and running again. Thanks.

Howdy! My last experience with this was February 2020, right before they closed for COVID. I was able to book via the DINE phone number 60 days out. I found the website was a bit squirrely at the time, so I called, spoke to a great CM who assisted me in wrangling the Terrace package. In the past the phrase "at the restaurant" meant they would connect you to the physical restaurant as they had the most up to date reservation info...but that was only if you called during "business " hours. I'm Pacific time zone, so I call early, before they open, so the CM has the most recent info and can book me. Hope this helps. FWIW this was our experience... We showed up at the appointed time with several other couples, and waited to be seated. Unfortunately we were seated in the back of the Terrance by the building, so while we could see the majority of the show from our seats we really couldn't see the water because of the other tables in front of us and the crowd in front of them. The food was pretty good. Now I fully recommend you call the hotline on your 60 day out. I'm going to try and get reservations for either May 19 or May 20 for the wife's 60th birthday...here's to hoping they get things up and running by the end of April! Good Luck!

Thanks for your reply. We are staying at GCH and last time we went, we were given a table at the front. Apart from people walking in front, it was a pretty good view. My husband will not sit in the ground, so this is a perfect option for us. Fingers crossed that Fantasmic starts before our trips.
