Fantasmic Dessert party opening time

My booking window opened today and I was able to book everything I wanted really fast. However, it is not allowing me to book anything pass 12/10 for the fantasmic package eventhough I was able to book all my other restaurants 60+10. Anyone knows at what time it opens? I am looking for 12/11 Mama Melrores party of 6. Thanks!!!

Update- I was able to book it but in the app through Check dining availability for the day and then look for fantasmic package and then was showing availability.
