What difference, if any, is there between WDW and DL Fantasmic?

The shows are similar except for a few scenes in the middle. Instead of a Pochantas scene like at WDW they have a Peter Pan Battle. The lay out is different as well, instead of an arena like WDW the show takes place around the Rivers of America by POTC. With the DL version you feel like your in the action instead of observing it like WDW.

Definitely closer to the action is a real plus. However, it is really crowded around Rivers of America is a much more haphazard way versus the "stadium seating" at WDW.

I believe most people agree it is a better show at Disneyland because of the proximity and better, to a lesser degree, becuase of the production's content which as Mike above mentioned. I have to pull out my video of WDW Fantasmic to reaquaint myself with more of the differences.
