Fantasmic character question - villians?

So since my daughter is really into Maleficent and the villians, we decided to do fantasmic. She is 7.
Now, I know they show some villians thru images, but what villians are actually
in the show that are real ? or in a costume form..

Maleficent, a snake, the Pocahontas scene has fighting, old Hag, and Maleficent dragon. All of these are on the island which is quite far from the amphitheater seating - separated by the moat.

If you mean the queen from Snow White, yes, she's in it. Ursula only appears in animated scenes that appear on water screens.
