Fantasmic! AP viewing nights

I just called again and the CM told me that he has emailed the "Leads" and they will call me if and let me know if I am "allowed" to RSVP by phone.

I told the CM that I know someone who has RSVP'd by phone so why can't I. He said if it's not on Disneyland.com that information is incorrect. I said show me where the info on Disneyland.com is. He said it's all in the email (which I still haven't got).

So frusterating!! Should I keep calling back until I get someone who will let me RSVP by phone???

I guess this is another CM's not all having the correct info. I hope by the time they figure out I am "allowed" to RSVP by phone, the dates I want are still available.

Sorry for my ranting. I just really want to go. I will have a great time whether or not I can go.

This is just silly!!! Why are they trying to put you through so much....it sure does not make you to feel that magical disney feeling :confused:

Okay. So I called again and finally got someone who knew what was going on. He said that he had to send an email to to the planners and they will email me letting me know if the date is available. THis could take a couple of days. CM's do not have access to the list. He said that he has RSVP'd several people this way.

This is what the previous CM might have done as well but he said that they will call me and let me know if I can register by phone....so I might have two requests. If only he had phrased it a different way I might not have had my undies in a bunch;)

So what happens is I will be sent an email confirming if my date is available (or not). This is what I need to bring to the ticket booth on the day after 12pm. All people have to be present at this time to show their AP's and get the wrist bands.

He also mentioned that there will be special food items available from 4pm and the west side of DL will have select rides and shops open until 1am. He did not have a list of which rides/shops will be open.

This sounds good if this CM is right, I am so glad they found you someone that knew what they where talking about! I could meet at any time that day just let me know what works for you and I will be there :woohoo:
 
I just got home from work and I had a voice message on my phone saying that I have RSVP'd for May 21 with up to 3 guests!! Yeah!!
 
My boyfriend got the email today and I did not. We're both Deluxe AP'ers. I think it's just random.
 

WOO HOO!! We get to go too, just got off the phone with disney, I called and asked if
deluxe AP holders where eligable for the Fantasmic AP event yet, the gentleman i spoke
with asked for my AP number then asked if i had recieved the email invitation, i told him
i had not. He asked me if i would mind holding for a couple minutes. he came back on
asked if i lived within a 2 hour drive of disneyland , i said no, its about 600 miles,
about an 8 hour drive, he says ok what night would you like to attend?
so we're going on may 21:woohoo:.
 
It does seem to be pretty random. DH and I are both Premier AP holders, but he got the email and I didn't. Doesn't really matter since we are going together, but does seem strange that we didn't both get the email since we both have our email addresses on file. :confused3
 
It might be possible that if you are living in the same house your accounts are linked? Although as I am typing this I realize that I got an email and so did my bf, so maybe not. They do link our renewal information together though, so one envelope and form for both renewals.
 
So disappointed that we can't take advantage of this...we will be there May 18th, 19th, 20th, and then leave the afternoon of the 21st. So, we literally just miss the opportunity! :sad:
 
I got tired of waiting for my email, so I just called them up this morning. They asked for my bar code number, which date I wanted to reserve, and how many guests. That was about it. No mention of the email or anything else. See you all there on the 21st.
 
I hadn't received an email at all, so I called the number, told the nice CM Robert, that I had a Premium Pass, he took my name, and confirmed that I should check in with the ticket booth before the 10th and there ya go...I am very excited about this! Going to be fun!!:cool1:
 
Any other reports of the event? I'm interested to hear about crowd levels, which rides are open, anything unique about the event, etc. Thanks
 
I am interested if there are any changes before I make my Aug "F" reservations.
