Fantasmic and May Crowds

Never been before in May and we will be there May 20 - 27 this year. We have never booked the Fantasmic dinner package, because we usually go in September and it's really not necessary.

Should we book it this time?

We were there last May at the beginning of the celebration 6-14th. We saw Fantasmic twice, it did pack up but we were able to get seats no problem by getting there a bit early. For the first show we watched Beauty and the Beast and after went directly into Fantasmic and got our seats. I believe it was about a half hour before the start when we went into fantasmic. I've heard at the really busy hours to get there hours before but we never witnessed any of that or any huge lineups to get in. I found May busier than December but still very manageable, so you should be fine.

The closer you get to Memorial Day, the more crowded it will be. I dont think you should ever book the F! dinner package because the seats you get a pretty bad. I'd rather grab them on my own. Go on a non-SWW day (Thursday would be best) and you shouldn't have any problems.
