They're all copyrighted, but you can buy CDs of the songs.

Yea, WDW sells CD's of the music, but you might be able to get them off of ebay or amazon.

You can purchase the cd music from Illuminations, as well as Fantasmic (Wishes, Animal Kingdom & SpectroMagic too). All of these cd's can be found at the parks and through WDW Merchandise. The Fantasmic cd has both the music, then the whole soundtrack (people speaking, etc).
