Fantasmic a la carte?

When looking up the Fantasmic dining package at allears.net it says:

Is there a charge for the package?

There is no additional charge for the package itself. However, the package, which includes the Fantasmic! seating pass, MUST be guaranteed at the time of booking with a credit card, and a $10 cancellation fee applies if not cancelled at least 48 hours beforehand.

As of June 2009, you may order from the Brown Derby or Mama Melrose a la carte menu.


Does this mean we could just order apps and dessert and still get the package? Thanks!

I guess you could, but you would still pay the full fixed price for the package. There is a fixed price wich includes app, entree, and dessert. They just mean that the menu is not fixed. You may order anything off the menu in that category. At one point only certain things were part of the package, not the full menu.

Wonder why it gave a price for holly & vine but no price for the other two?

WDWinfo has a price of $51.00 for Brown Derby, and I cannot remember what for Mama Melrose, but it was listed. Probably the best thing to do would be to call disney dining and verify the price.

ETA: They show $50.05 for Brown Derby and $35.14 for MAma Melrose. When I booked our I asked, and I think she told me $51 and something per adult so they may have gone up a little.
