Fantasmic 9pm and Oga’s 9:55, is this realistic?

With a 9pm show is it possible to get to Oga’s for 9:55 pm? I know it’s about a 30 min show and 15 min walk between the locations but not sure the “crowd time” it takes to exit the theatre.

Fantasmic schedule for 4/28 posted same time my ADR window opened, right after I booked a 9:55 pm Oga’s. Was expecting 8:30 pm based on previous week’s schedule but it’s 9 pm Fantasmic with 9 pm park close.

First (maybe only) visit to SWGE and we really want a post-park close Oga’s to have the chance to see an empty SWGE at night, take some pictures etc as DH and DS are building lightsabers earlier that day and DH is huge SW fan. We saw Fantasmic in 2018 but was really hoping we could squeeze it in this trip…

I think you will be fine. I've seen the new Fantasmic show twice and, while it's crowded when you exit, I've still gotten out of the theater fairly quickly. It won't be a leisurely walk, however. If CMs allow it, I would try to sit as close to the exit area as possible (up at the top, right side of theater seating).

Not an issue at all. I'd still aim to sit at least moderately close to the exit if you can but you've got plenty of time. If they're seating way on the far end (left) of the theater when you get there, I'd mention to CM you have an Oga's reservation afterwards and if you can sit in one of the sections a bit closer to the exit. But anywhere on the right half of the theater should give you plenty of time. We've gotten to Rise of Resistance by 8:40 after an 8pm Fantasmic.

We had a 9:50 reservation and we’re fine. We did sit more towards the top and got to Olga’s within a few minutes of our reservation time

Any thoughts on whether we would need to arrive even earlier for Fantasmic if we’re (very politely) asking a CM to do this?

We haven’t been since Fantasmic restarted, can someone tell me the current exit procedures?

We have the 9:55 pm at Oga’s and sounds like doable as long as show starts on time.

I understand where to best sit to exit, but is everyone directed backstage toward the front exit? That’s what I last recall doing last show. Or do you also have option to exit back down the entry way? I recall that years ago as well.

Same, I would assume the only time they may force everyone out the backstage exit is for the upcoming holiday Jollywood parties???
