F! is 26 minutes long. I wouldn't leave before the show is over, but do try to sit toward the rear of the auditorium (and maybe near the exit if possible) to make the quickest getaway. It'd be tight, but doable if you can get out in front of the exiting crowd.
Bear in mind that the side closer to the exit is FP+ seating. If you do not have an FP scheduled then you can try to get one as your 4th of the day after you use your 3. They usually have availability. Without FP you'll be directed to the left side of the theater, further from the exit.

It's right behind the standby area and Dining Package area.

You are right of course. I am from Bizarro world. It seems like I usually sit on the left though with no FP, but I don't know. I might be thinking in the wayback (before FP+) machine there.
So, to the OP, the standby side is actually better for you, and you can sit there with or without an FP.
