Fantamic Dinner Package - When to book?

We are going to be there Mid-Sept. and are looking into this at Mama Melrose. I was looking to make a PS now, but have also heard to wait until a few days before to make sure the weather will be ok. Do you think we will have problem getting a PS at this time of year just 1-2 days before we would wish to attend?

You book it 90 days out for some really stupid dinner time like 3:40 pm or something like that.

Then, 30 days out you call them back and re-book it (*IF* its available) for a more reasonable dinner time like 7pm or so.

For some reason they hold the "dinner" times back till 30 days out but you can book it 90 days out.

As for the weather -- I think they run it in the rain - the only thing that stops it is lightning and thunder.
