Fantallusion - where to watch

Am I right in thinking that the villains float in this parade changes at certain points?

Where is the best place to watch for this?

there were only 2 villains floats in Fantillusion last week (Maleficent's float wasn't running at all). The only one who really "changes" is Jafar. We watched him change outside Walts on Main St (opposite or next to Harringtons canopy is the best spot). This is when Fantillusion is running from Fantasyland down to the bandstand.

it wasn't entirely clear from the DLP website, but is this a parade, fireworks or both? We're headed to DLP this Friday and would be watching Fantillusion on Saturday(probably the worst day)

If you stand near the Market House Deli or Walts you will see two changes (Tink and the Villains)

Sorry to hi-jack this but does anyone know what time the firework will be this Saturday? There's nothing on the timetable.
Also, do both parks have fireworks or just at Parc Disneyland?

Oh no, my friend will be devastated, 'disney fireworks' was her one 'must do' for her first ever trip to DLP
