I just had to post because DH and I just ate at the B-Spot, Michael Symon's casual burger joint in Cleveland (well, technically, the suburbs of Cleve.) Great atmosphere...kind of like a pub inside and a gorgeous flower-loaded patio outside. The food was amazing - I had a burger called the Schroomage with portabella mushrooms, blue cheese, Lola steak sauce, caramelized onions and DH had the Yo! burger with fried salami, coppa, hot peppers, provolone, shasha hot sauce. (Yes, I know. Heart Attack on a plate. But it's not something he'll do every day.) The fries were to die for. But the best part was the APPLE PIE VANILLA BACON milkshake
I know it sounds completely bizarre but it was absolutely scrumptious! That man knows how to put flavors together!
