Fans in room.

I'm sure the answer is no but I'll ask anyways. My wife is one that sleeps with a box fan next to her in bed, do the resorts possibly have an option like that?

I know that resorts usually have a few on hand, but its first come first serve. If they dont have it though, you should find a back up plan. For example, a white noise app on your phone, or a trip to walmart (buy the cheapest fan they have...and you CAN get a cheap one).

My husband and I are used to sleeping with a fan at home, so we bought a small white noise machine at Bed Bath and Beyond to take with us on trips. it fits easily in a suitcase or small bag and has several different noise choices to pick from. I think it was around $20.00

Do the resorts not have air conditioning/fan option? Never been to Disney so legitimately asking out of curiosity. If I stay at a hotel I just put the AC on fan mode and sleep closest to the vent to help sleep. Not sure if that's an option in the Disney hotels?!

We always buy a fan and then either donate it (we always rent a car too) or leave it in the room.

I would not count on them having a fan for you.

I bring a small Vornado fan. It takes up room in the suitcase but it's light

I also carry a Vornado. Works great for white noise.

I always bring a med size fan with me that works. I also drive so it's not an issue with space or weight for us.

We always have a fan for white noise when we sleep. The white noise machines just do not work the same for us and the phone apps are ok. We like the box fan the best.

You can order a fan from gardengrocer.com with your groceries. We do this every year and then donate the fan back to the resort when we are done.
