Fancy Non-Alcoholic Drinks? Pictures?

So I used to be kind of a vacation lush. I really enjoyed the fancy mixed drinks, and how nearly every bar had a specialty drink. But, I went on medication this year that massively cuts down my ability to have booze. I have a trip coming up in January. Are there any fancy mixed non-alcoholic drinks that y'all would recommend? Do you have photos? For reference my favorites were the Lapu Lapu, the Backscratcher, the Lost on Safari, and the slushies in France.

following I am pregnant so can't drink on my next trip. I've been pregnant before and remember lots of "special lemonades" but that got old really fast. I know I've read about some fun ones at Tiffins...

I'm sorry I don't have pictures, but we've had some great non-alcoholic drinks at Nomad Lounge in AK (really awesome beverage menu with fresh juices!) and AbracadaBAR (there's a drink with disappearing cotton candy!). You can also request some drinks to be made without alcohol. In EP, we really like the slushies in Morocco which you can get without alcohol. Our favorite is the Moroccorita.

I liked the Schweitzer Slush at the Skipper Canteen. It was frozen apple and passion fruit juice (so a slushie) topped with green apple popping boba. I also liked the Canadian Shirley Temple (Sprite, Grenadine, and Orange Juice) at Le Cellier.
