You write about... anything that you are a fan of! Video games, TV shows, comic books and manga, movies, celebrities... you name it.

I actually had never heard about celebrity fan fics before this thread. Most of the fics I've seen before have been in specific fanbases, like movies or TV shows or video games or books. I guess it can be about anything you're a fan of, but those are the ones I've seen the most fics for.

Basically, fan fiction is an opportunity for people to to take already existing characters and situations and write new stories about them. Just don't write about the Archie characters or Anne Rice's vampires.
