How do you get a Fan Club card

On the Universal boards u will see thread for the fan club card pm tinker barb and she will see u right

I just got my Fan Club card in the mail, and was able to apply the discount to my Royal Pacific reservations! Can't wait til July!!

Do fan club cards ever expire? I have one around here somewhere - got it from tinker barb. Might need it if we go this year.
