Famous person dress up .. need help

She has decided on Clara Barton.... Now I am looking everywhere for a white apron??? or white apron smock? I think that would be easiest and then put a red cross on it with red tape? She wants to try to make the hat out of paper and put a red cross on it.. any ideas on where to get the white apron? I looked on amazon.. now I am finding lots of places have design ones...

Do you have a cooking store in your area like Chef Central, they should have plain white aprons.

My son chose Abraham Lincoln in 5th grade. We found him a black jacket at goodwill, a white button down shirt at goodwill and made him the stovetop hat. He was very happy with it.

Last year my daughter was Phyllis Wheatly for a play. I made her one of those gathered hats and dug in my closet for an old longer flowered dress and put on a white apron I already had in our costume trunk.
