tinkerbelle22 said:Oh God, most of the people I've met have been Broadway people, (from entire casts of shows, to individual people backstage) but I'll leave those out. As for connections, my grandma's doctor is Idina Menzel (of Wicked)'s uncle. He's been so gracious with letting us go backstage and meet her, and keep in contact with her. She's my idol, so this is cool for meMy dad also gets to meet a lot of famous people through his job, people who I've sometimes met too, such as Regis Philbin, Kristie Alley, Beyonce, Celia Cruz (famous singer who died recently), and a lot of other Latin singers and actors. It's neat. There's probably a lot more, but my mind is drawing a blank!

Being from New York City, a lot of musicians, actors, and comedians are either from here, or live here. Sarah Jessica Parker just filmed a movie (Spinning Into Butter) at my college and she was unbelievably nice! Bon Jovi also lives in Jersey, a block away from my Aunt and Uncle. He's out and about with his family all the time, and a really nice guy.
Since my dad works at NBC we go up to meet people a lot, and have met a ton of celebs. Some are amazing, and some... not so much. The nicest were Blink 182, Taking Back Sunday, My Chemical Romance, Green Day, Jennifer Aniston, the entire SNL cast, The Killers, Weezer, Patrick Stump from Fall Out Boy, Conan's great, and Kelly Clarkson was really sweet.
