Staying at JW Marriot Grand Lakes.
We are going to Sea World, Lego Land and maybe one other park. Kids are ages 2 and a half, 5 and the oldest is almost 7. ANy good things to do near the hotel like mini golf/small water parks, go carts. On our off day from parks I would prefer some activities but we do not need big theme parks every day. Also are there any good Thai, Japanese, seafood or italian restaurants near the JW Marriott that are not fancy.
Also I am not sure what other park would be best. We went to Magic Kingdom and Epcot last year so I am not sure if they want to do one of those again.
