Family t-Shirt Design

Hi Amazing designers!
I am looking to have two designs made.
1st: what I am wanting is the outline of mickey mouse, but the outline is of our family names in Disney writing (Mom, Dad, Keira, Megan, Conner, Grandma, Grandpa)

Then inside of the Mickey, have written in Disney writing, Schroter Family

2nd: same design but names are Mom, Dad, Arabella, Grandma, Grandpa.
Inside Mickey: Molfetto Family

I saw this design and unfortunately the designer is no longer designing so I was hoping someone can help. I can PM you a picture if you need to see what I am talking about.
