family on MDE

sorry if this is the wrong board but wasn't sure where to ask.

I have my grandkids on my MDE acct due to taking them over the past few years (without their parents). I'm starting to plan a trip with my DIL & granddaughter. I will have my DIL open her own MDE acct for me to connect with but, how do we handle her daughter since she is already on my acct? I tried to delete her but, it wouldn't let me.
I may need to call but, it's early and I just didn't want to get on the phone just yet...LOL

My best advice is call Disney and get them to help. I tired to add my sister and niece and it was a real pain. The CMs I have spoken to have been super helpful and got my MDE sorted out very quickly

Yeah they don’t make it as easy as you would think. Hope you get it all sorted
