Family of the Week

Ok, according to the DISboards.....CMs read this board........so............HI!............I think the DCL "Family of the WEEK" should be one who supports Disney, travels there alot, brings family members on the cruise..........writes great, enthusiastic posts on these boards to help others enjoy their vacations...........no pressure.........really.........btw...........we'll be sailing the week of August 2nd!

I'd like to see Barb and Tony get an award or at least a free 7 night cruise from DCL! Now that would be definitely the Family of the Week!

I agree Rae - Barb and Tony deserve a 7 day in the Walt Disney Suite.

The family of the week sounds great - doubt we'll ever get it because it is just DH and I - no kids. Sure would love it!

Just because you don't have children or choose to cruise without children or grandchildren doesn't enter into the decision - it's just the stateroom number and not the family name/number.

Talk about lucky - we, the entire May 3 DIS cruisers, are having a special wine tasting party at the Walt Disney Suite with our DIS cruisers, the Barnards from UK, on this trip. PLUS we will have Jennifer and Dave (authors of the Passporter) on our cruise also!
If only DCL Royalty (Barb and Tony) could be with us, we'd have it made in spades!!!

that is wonderful! When we were on the DVC cruise they had raffles for a cocktail party in the Walt Disney Suite, but we didn't win How fun that you are having a wine tasting there.

How cool too that Jennifer and Dave are sailing with you. I love the passporter!

Wow! A raffle for cocktails there! Now that was a nice idea to use a probably empty room for the cruise!! Yes, we feel very fortunate to have both a great group of DIS Cruisers along with Jennifer and Dave on this cruise!

Actually, each cruise we have met someone/some family that has remained special to us - whether they were DIS Board meet and greets or just cruisers who we met on ship ---- always someone fascinating and that has made each one special.
