Family of the Day??

We were in WDW last June and were fortunate enough to be Family of the Day at the Animal Kingdom Park. We were awarded a certificate, priority seating at a show of our choice, a fast pass, a picture with Rafiki at park entrance, and a free picture. Does this happen at the other parks too? This was only our 2nd visit to the world.

We were chosen to be the first family on the safari ride at AK a couple of weeks ago! We were standing in line for early entry and a CM came up and just started chatting with me and asked me if we would like to go on a early safari! We were of course thrilled! We were escorted through an empty park and taken to the safari ride, introduced to the driver, who asked if we had ever been on the safari before. We have, so he took his time, drove slowly and stopped to let us view the animals and told us all about the animals and surroundings in depth! It was fantastic!! We got the most beautiful photos! That early in the morning all the animals were out! From the looks of our photos, it really looks like we were on safari for vacation! It was truley a magical moment! At the end of the safari, we even got a certificate stating we were the first safari family and a fast pass to ride the safari again! We definately experienced Disney Magic at it's finest!!
