Looks like we'll need 2 rooms at the on-sight resorts for 2 adults and 4 kids. Is this correct? Any suggestions for best price? We are looking to do 2 nights the end of Nov.

TIA,

Barbara

Check Royal Pacific first...usually least expensive of the 3.

Assuming you don't have an AP, check AAA rate if you are member.

Also check Stay More Save More rate.

We're a family of six too. The options are either two rooms or a really expensive suite. The Stay More Save More rates are out now for the end of November. If you're definitely going, you probably want to grab something as soon as you can.

When you go online and book or check availability, based on the number of days, it will show you the stay more save more rate if available.

a tiny bit more clarification - go online to loewshotels.com

You know online :) Sorry about that...here is the site I go to on the Universal Website

http://www.universalorlando.com/Hotels/RatesOffers/rates_and_offers.aspx#

Then you click on check availability now on the right hand side and a new screen will open up. I usually leave it for all 3 resorts and then put in your dates to see the save more rates. If you want to check AP rates then click on promotion and use code APH.

Edit: looks like the Save more rates are only out until October right now so it might be better to book a room and then you can always change it once the prices go down.

Thanks for the replies. We're going to do the two rooms, hopefully adjoining. HRH is our first choice b/c DS13 lives for his guitar. I think we're changing our dates to April, though. Now I'll have to wait for April to be open for booking....

HRH also has the deluxe rooms that have a study area with a pull out sleeper sofa if that would interest you. ;)
