Family Member Arriving Late

We are a family of 4 adults and have always traveled together staying in the same Disney resort and room. There is a possibility that one of us may be arriving 3 days later than everyone else during our next trip. Does Disney allow an additional adult in a room for less time than everyone else? Not sure how this is going to work.

Yep you won’t have an issue. I don’t even think you need to notify them.

If you have a room only zero issues. If you have a package you'll be paying for tickets, dining( if you have it), and the extra adult fee for the nights that member isn't there.

Thanks! It will be a 9 night room only reservation. Since we are 4 adults we end up paying the extra $25 per night for the extra 2 adults in the room. Since one of the extra adults will not be there until 3 days later, will we be charged the one extra adult the $25 per night fee for all 9 nights and the other adult only 7 nights? This is where I am confused.

Correct. However, if the 4th adult is listed on the reservation before you arrive you'll be charged for the whole 9 nights by default. You'll have to stop by the front desk when you arrive and inform them the 4th adult will not be there until day 3. Then you will only be charged for that 4th adult for 7 nights.
