I checked out a book at the library that suggested the Family Magic Tour. It said it is a scavenger hunt of sorts. Has anyone ever done this, what is it like and is it worth the money? Thanks!!!

We did this tour with our 3 year old. She loved it. It was a cute tour for families and a nice surprise at the end.

I just booked this for our trip in May, but I've heard rumors that some of the surprise ending has been eliminated due to a show at the castle.

We did it two years ago and my boys were the age of your children. It is really fun. My 8 year old was a little embarrassed at times, but got into it as it went on. The only thing negative that I have to say is that we did it in August and it was so hot. I would not do it again if it was in August. There was alot of walking in the heat. Be sure to bring your video camera. If you have any specific questions just ask.

We just did this tour in August and LOVED it! My kids were 5 and 4 and despite the heat, they were really into it. It is about 2 hours long, but there is a short break in the middle for drinks, bathroom, etc. We thought it was well worth the money and it gave us a perspective of MK we hadn't had before. If you want more details, please PM me. Hate to give away the ending to anyone who doesn't want it!

My family did the family magic tour about 2 years ago and my kids still talk about it to this day, they loved it. I think it made them feel special to be a part of the tour.:cool1: I will also add we went in the summer and it was very hot. I think your kids are the perfect age for it, I honestly would not bring a child under 4 because like others have said there is lots of walking and sometimes the walking is at a brisk pace lol.

Thanks for all of the info! It sounds like fun - I think we'll give it a shot! We are going in May, so hopefully it won't be too dreadfully hot!

This will be our first trip to DisnetWorld. I have heard and read about this tour. How and where can you sign up for this. I also am trying to find a web-site that will tell us the height requirements for the rides without having to click on each one. My kids are 5 and 2.5. Since this is our first trip, I can use any suggestions/hints or help. I have never been either, so we are going in totally blind. I am posting alittle late since we leave April 29. But I can use all the help I can get. Thank you in advance for all the help/suggestions.
