Family going on our points - any DVC benefits available to them

I have family that is going to Disney on our points - they have never been before and due to health issues we are not going to be able to join them. It has been a long time since we have been ourselves (mostly going to Vero & Hilton Head), so I am wondering if there are any DVC perks (pool hopping, special bar's, snack rooms) that they will be able to take advantage of when they are there without us? I hate to miss out on helping these Disney virgins, and feel that will all the changes over the past few years I'm a virgin again myself.

I'm afraid there aren't perks . but since they are staying on your points if they're driving they do get free parking at the resort and free entrance to parking at the parks.The last one was just because they are staying on site.

Nope. DVC member specific perks require a digital member id card and photo id.

No DVC specific perks w/out you there except for the free parking, but as on site resort guests they can enter the parks 1/2 hour before official opening and as deluxe resort guests they get 2 extra magic hours after closing on Mondays at Epcot (and can try for the virtual queue for Guardians of the Galaxy at 6 pm) and Wednesdays at MK https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/guest-services/extended-evening/. If they opt for non hopper tickets they will need to make their park reservations for Epcot on Monday & MK on Wednesday to use the extended evening hours benefit.

Also, if they're in a studio the on site laundry is free, just need to bring (or buy) detergent. If in a 1 bedroom, laundry is in the room.

What resort are they staying at? Some resorts have community halls for anyone to use crafts (some free, some $), games, etc.

Well, our advise about the free parking w/ DVC didn’t age very well since they just announced they’re going back to free parking for all resort guests .
