Family Gift idea

Hi all. Every Christmas we do a family gift. Every family submits a gift valued between 20-30 dollars. I need some suggestions on what to purchase. I would like to start looking now to get the best prices and more for my money.
Some of the things done in the past: blanket and hot chocolate, movie basket. Any ideas will be greatly appreaciated.

I agree with pp we have done the family game night baskets, and they were a hit!

Admission tickets to a day out perhaps to a zoo, museum, minor league game, skating rink, bowling alley, etc.

Movie tix have been on sale on several sites lately, I've seen 4 for $20 and 6 for $30, or you could do a baking basket. Put in a sugar cookie mix, cookie cutters, oven mitts and various sprinkles, or a gift certificate to a local pizza place. I also like the family game night and movie night basket ideas.

There is now a Disney version of "Apples to Apples". I'm putting that on my list! I saw it at Target for $20.00-$25.00.
