dvczerfs.....I live in the Lehigh Valley too!

Great updates tim, We also had a few of those meltdown moments on our trip too. Its funny how in disney they are entirely humurous but at home not so much. I am hoping by the end of this report you have made it into that hot tub....what a disappointment.

Hi Tim!:wave2: I'm back to the "real world" and getting caught up little by little. We had a fabulous time although it was a little more crowded than we expected (and the CM's too!) and hot of course. I'm exhausted and now need another vacation - sound familiar? :rotfl2:

I love the Chef Mickey pictures and the framing one around his face is priceless. I'm sorry Juliana hit her head! OUCH :flower3: The shot of the girls worn out and crying is so hysterical - especially after you hinted at black mail down the road.... :rotfl: We also prefer CP over CM and we ate at CP this trip again and did the early park entrance which is so awesome itself. My DS did ask later in the trip if we were going to Chef Mickey's so apparently it really had an impression on him from the first trip so I told him next time, there is always next time!

Hello!
There hasn't been too many cliff hangers like the last report but this really was a great trip. The real MAGIC is coming up soon! ;):goodvibes

LOL Poor kids don't know what they have gotten themselves into. I can't wait till the 16th birthday or the wedding to break these 'gems' out! :rotfl2:

I think it helps that CM is a loud restaurant. No one seems to notice.... (at least that is what I kept telling myself when it was happening!)

Plus at Disney, you see kids having meltdowns all over the place. The girls were OK... they got over it quickly. :goodvibes

Welcome back!!!!! I felt the same way when we got back- about the crowds and about needing a vacation! :rotfl:

You only missed a few updates... I will upload the pics of Ana and her picture and post them on here so you can see them.

We really enjoyed CP and CMs was just good. It is all about the characters at CMs though. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure I'll be going to CMs in the future. I just wish they did a little revamping of the menu. popcorn::

Mel has been getting up with her for the last few days.. I think it is my turn tomorrow.

FYI-- Juliana has finally ditched her afternoon naps. That was my prime TR writing time. I do hope to have an update up before the weekend!!! I am really trying to have this TR wrapped up before I start working like a dog in 3 weeks. :goodvibes

You can ask the photopass photographer if they do any special pics. Certain ones in certain areas do them. We tried to get the Stitch one in DHS but it was too dark.

Yeti shirt is so nice, we have plans to get a baby Yeti while we are there. :)
I love the baby Yeti too!

Thanks!!!! More to come..... :rolleyes1

After waking up (does 6:40 sound familiar?) and cooking breakfast for everyone, I called and left a message with the management company. It was 8:30am. Melody informed me that she was indeed getting sick and her throat was killing her. Great. Last trip to WDW it was Juliana getting sick, this time Mel was getting sick. UGH.

Today was shaping up to be a very warm and sunny day. The temps were supposed to hit 80! Dave and I had tickets to see the Mets/Braves spring training game at the Wide World of Sports. Before the game started, I thought it might be fun to head over to the Poly and take out some Searaycers.

We left around 10:30 for our drive over. I know I said this before but I really loved the location of the rental. It was so close and fast to Disney property. We arrived at the Poly and headed straight over to the marina. We didn't have a lot of time to waste. We went through the safety talk and were out on the Seven Seas Lagoon. We only wanted to rent the Searaycers for 30 minutes so we headed over to Bay Lake. It was neat to see all the hotels and be able to see MK from the lake. I wished the boats would of went faster, but I understand why they don't. I think the kids would have really liked riding them with us. Maybe next time.

When we returned the boats I saw I had a voicemail. It was the management company. I immediately call them and found out that they sent someone to check on the pool heater and it needed parts that they couldn't get till today. I said that it would of been nice to have known that. The guy told me that they left a note. There was no note. I was starting to get annoyed but I was still being nice because I just wanted the heater fixed so we could use it for the second half of the week. Once I was done on the phone, we headed over the WWoS for the game.

I've never been to a spring training game before. The stadium was small, clean, intimate and it was really family friendly. There was lawn seating in left field which would of been perfect if we brought the kids. We grabbed a little bite to eat and found our seats.

Even Minnie is a baseball fan. Ceremonial first pitch.

DSC08339.jpg

Then it was time to play ball!!!!

DSC08341.jpg

There was a lot of action in the first few innings then it started slowing down. People kept talking to Dave & I about the fact that he had a Mets shirt on and I had a Yankees shirt on. LOL The sun was beating down on us.. man was it hot! It did feel really good though. :)

6th inning special- $3 16oz PBRs!!!

DSC08343.jpg

The game was tied in the 9th and we decided to head back to the house. I mean it was only spring training.

DSC08346.jpg

The whole complex was amazing. We had such a great time at the game and I would definitely would do it again.

We headed back to the house and found out that the girls brought the kids to the park and had them in the pool for a little while. Victoria & Alex were taking naps and Juliana was up. Mel told us that there were people working on the pool heater and they left and came back 3-4 different times. The water coming into the pool didn't feel any different to us but Dave & I just sweated our butts off for 3 hours in the sun, so we decided to take a dip in our 'cool' pool.

We cooked up some steaks for dinner and the wives were getting ready. They were hitting DTD and us dad's were going to take over handling the kids. It was only fair. The girls were ready and were heading out about 7:30.

DSC08355.jpg

I'm not sure exactly what went on while they were out, but here are some pictures that were on the camera. By the looks of it they found the Grey Goose slushy.

Dave and I had the kids in bed by 8:30 and believe me they needed it. LOL We were sitting around having some Coronas flipping stations and there was nothing on. Turned the jacuzzi on- it was still cold. After about an hour of watching nothing we headed out to play some pool and air hockey. The girls showed up around 11:30 and Mel was shot. She told me she could hardly swallow and was going to bed. Of course MJ was hanging out with us guys.

DSC08356.jpg

Dave & I continued playing pool till 12:30 and then called it a night. Tomorrow was a big day.. it was Juliana's 4th BIRTHDAY!!!!!

Up Next.... Rain, Rain go away.. I wonder which plans get canceled today. :sad2:

I think MJ got a little out of control. He's so little, he can't hold his liquor. Who carried him up to bed?
