Hey has anyone else used them? I got their name from another DISser and was quoted a phenomenal price on a disney cruise the best I have found but I wanted to see if anyone has gotten a great deal through them? Tia!

Sorry, I can't help but the information sounds interesting. I'm bumping it for ya since it has wandered down to the middle of the second page :)

I think they are the company we booked through last year. We ended up canceling the cruise we had through them. There was no charge from the cruise company itself.. we canceled well within their cancellation period. The travel agents charged a $100 cancelation fee. I didn't like that aspect. We had 2 staterooms, so it was $200. Seemed like they also had fees for any changes.

I have never heard of them. However, like the previous poster mentioned, be careful of cancellation fees. We booked a cruise last year through an online travel agency because they were offering a much better deal that the cruise line. But then we had to cancel the cruise less than a week after booking it because I found out that I was pregnant and wouldn't be allowed to go on the cruise. The reason was because I would be too far along according to cruise regulations when our cruise was to set sail. They charged us a $75 cancellation fee. I think it was absurd since I was being told that I wasn't allowed to take the cruise and was forced to cancel, yet they still charged me the fee. So just be careful when booking with a travel agency. Sometimes what seems like a good deal can turn out to be more costly in the end.

Just an FYI. DCL doesn't let ANY Agency discount their cruises. They should be the same price anywhere you go. Unless it is a group rate, which would be less. What they maybe doing is instead of giving you an On Board Credit (which is taken from their commission), they are lowering the cost of your cruise, which they are NOT allowed to do.

I would ask about them on www.cruisecritic.com or google them for more info.
