Family Boating Plan @ Contemporary?

Hi, I had read on a previous post that the "family boating plan @ Contemporary is a must". How does this work, what exactly is the "family boating plan", how much would it cost for a family of 3, do I have to reserve/pay/deposit before arrival?

I believe this program has now been discontinued.

The program provided that for about $200 per week, a family could use any water craft at any time for a week for any amount of time. My guess is that it was so popular that boats were frequently unavailable and that is why they discontinued the program.
