Family and Friends Photopass Question HELP!

Sorry to ask this question again, but I leave tomorrow and it is taking to long to piece together all the different threads. I have annual pass and a resort reservation. My brothers family is traveling with us but a separate reservation and no annual pass. I wanted to link them to my photopass. In my MDE my sister in law is linked and it says she can view and purchase your PhotoPass photos. My brothers account says that he is connected through a Disney account. I asked him to look on the app if he could see my past pictures and he said he could not. Should he be able to at this point in time? How does this all work that they can use their bands and link it to my account. My plan was I would put their pictures on a flash drive when I get home. TIA!

When you look on your MDE app, does it say your brother can view your plans? If so, he should be fully connected, and should be able to see the pictures. I would call Disney today just to get him linked (should be a quick call). Once they are connected to your app (my friends/family all say they can view my plans, and I can see their plans), whenever they have their band scanned, it will show up on your Photopass pictures.

Some of my friends/family can download them, while others can't. I'm not sure why, but the pictures are all there. So, I can download them for everyone.

All new AP's have photopass so they get all ride photos and videos for free. Everyone linked to each other's MDE account on their friends and family list sees everyone's pictures and videos. All new AP holders can download any and all photos and videos, whether that AP is in the park with the others on their friends family list or not.

So as long as everyone is linked and showing up in your friends and family list, you'll get everyone's photos and be able to download them all. Those without the new AP or with no AP at all can see all the photos and videos, but it will ask if they want to purchase them. The AP holders can download them all and then email, usb, text, etc the photos
