Familiar voice actor

I watched Mickey's Christmas Carol today and there was a very familiar voice. Go to

at 20:50. The guy says aye, no mourners, no friends to bid him farewell. The voice sounds so familiar to me, I don't know what its from. I know the voice actor changes his voice but I think he did this voice in a different movie. I already tried looking up the actor. Thank you. It's driving me crazy.

The name you are looking for is Peter Lorre, but he died in 1964. This was obviously a sound alike.

The 1st Weasel is none other than the voice of Mickey Mouse , Wayne Allwine.
The 2nd Weasel, the one imitating Peter Lorre, is Will Ryan.

Paul Frees (Ghost host from HM, and Boris from Rocky and Bullwinkle) normally would do a great Peter Lorre in VO work.
