Has anyone done the Amazing Off Road Buggy & Fun Beach Break (FA72) excursion? I am trying to find out if the buggies are 4 seaters? I tried to google but didn’t find much info. We’re agroup of 2 adults and 1 kid so want to make sure before we book.

The picture in the description for the port adventure shows a two-seater. I also found this video, which is a different cruise line, but the same excursion company. All two-seaters in the video.

You might contact them directly to ask.

Did it in Oct. 2022. They are two seaters. Be prepared to get there it’s about 90 minutes in van, if traffic is minimal. When we got there we had to wait another hour just to ride.

Thanks for the info. That seems like most of your time driving/waiting. We may steer away from this one, but there doesn't seem to be much else at this port.

It was intentionally built by Royal Caribbean. It is not particularly close to the major tourist areas of Jamaica. The secure port area does have shopping and local crafts. There is also a large Margaritaville with a big pool, live music, and food and drinks.

Margaritaville in the Falmouth secure port area is closed, apparently a victim of cruise limitations during the pandemic travel restrictions.

Thanks for the update. I did not realize they had closed. They had to be making money with a captive audience so I wonder if they will reopen at some point.

We also had a difficulty finding an excursion in Falmouth as we booked late. We will be there in about 10 days. I ended up calling Hyatt Ziva and secured day passes for us and they also set up transportation to/from the resort (at an extra cost) with their driver. I have read that safety outside the port area is questionable so I was glad to book directly and use their transportation. This might be an alternative option for you.

Did you end up going to the Hyatt Ziva? How was your experience and how long was the ride?

This is so helpful. We were strongly considering this one but with 3 kids, someone would get the shaft. Thank you!
