OOPS! It's supposed to be there Tuesday. I just guessed wrong on the date. Silly me! I hope my exchange friend will like it whenever she gets it!

I had one year when both of the ones I sent were all smashed up
I learned to either pack REALLY, REALLY well (and I thought I always did.), or order or insure.

I LOVE Harvest....one of my favorite fall scents. Hope you enjoy it also, Bec.

I've got the harvest one burning now. Very nice scent.

Also, my exchange should be delivered on 9/18 according to yankee candle.

I checked online and according to UPS my package arrived to it's recipiant on Friday. I have been off and online all weekend so I may have missed the report that it was received or perhaps my exchange partner is out of town...no biggie...just reporting in

I'd give them a call and see if they can give you any updated information. If I remember correctly sometimes they are a little slow on updating. If it has been a while since you ordered my guess is it is on the way. Hopefully if you call customer service they will be a bit more up to date than the website.

Coconut Cooke Bar Tart
14.5 oz Boo Nilla Jar Candle

All of these smell wonderul and cannot wait to burn them.

I just called Yankee Candle, and I have to say....I really am disappointed. They said my order should be received by the end of the week. I said well it says it is still in process and she said "that is correct but with USPS Basic (whatever the $6.00 shipping is) it can take 10 days from shipping to receive it". I said "oh so it has been shipped"...."no it has not been scanned and received a tracking # from UPS yet." She did tell me there was no problem with the order.

I apologize to my buddy.
