Fall School Vacations?

I am really sorry this post is way off topic, but I just had continue anyway.

This may seem a bit weird to you, but my name is Kate and my middle name is Beth. I was freaked out when I saw your username and just had to mention that. I have never met anyone with the same names as me ( I am assuming here that is your name )

Sorry, do continue. Very informative thread by the way, still think it would be impossible to go on a week when there wasn't any schools off though!

I guess pretty impossible to go for a week in "October" with out there being a school vacation.... Still going to go though!!!!!

Thank you all for you responses...... Just wanted to see when woukld be the best time to go. Still going in October, I loved the weather and loved MNSSHP... Sooooo, after much thinking... I am pretty sure I am still going in October... But now I know there are lots of folks on fall vacation.... Last time I went in October, we did not know anything about fall vacation and were pretty shocked at the crowd size.... Now we will be prepared!! Again, thanks to all .............. We did go in September once, not bad crowds at all..... But we alittle afraid of hurricane season... (even though nothing happed when we were there!)
