I would call the Disney Travel Company directly and see if they can apply the discount through their system. If they can't you can at least re-book with them while you are on the phone and cancel your travel agent dates.

Thanks Scribble Kitty. I just heard back from the travel agent and they were able to apply the discount without rebooking. So I am all set!
