I don't check in til early september and I was wondering if anyone knows the chances of me getting into Vista. I hear everyone wants to go to chatham and patterson, so I'm hoping my chances are good. >.<

I'd say it's pretty good. I think my entire arrival date there was maybe one or two other guys that would consider living at Vista and I can't imagine the rest of the dates are that dissimilar. Lot of hate for Vista sadly :|

I just checked in yesterday , Im curious why do people hate vista I only saw the check in area but vista seemed busy and nice on the outside?
Im living in The Commons and its so fun to see everyone in their pretty ethnic costumes

It has a reputation of being a party place and generally loud at night, but I knew a lot of people who said it wasn't that bad. Also it has a reputation from being older than the other apartments. I have heard that the remodeled apartments in Vista aren't so bad, and actually pretty nice, but the older ones tend to have more problems. One of my friends had to move out of Vista because there was a mold problem and it made them all sick. She moved to Chatham, and then I think over to Patterson.

I have no problem with loud nights and parties. my mom always told me I sleep like I'm dead. And so long as theres no killer mold I think I'd have alot of fun at Vista
