Hey everyone,
My DF and I were thinking of doing a Fajita station for our rehearsal dinner. Does anyone know if that is enough food and how much it runs? We are planning on 25-30 people for our rehearsal dinner.

Also, which places in Disney has the lowest food and bev minimum and rental minimum? We don't have a lot to spend on our rehearsal dinner since we are paying for our wedding and this. Any ideas?

I had a fajita station for my pre-reception and it was $11pp. If this is going to be your main meal for your rehearsal I would think it'd be a bit higher in price because it would need to feed everyone several fajitas and not just one or two during a pre-reception that lasts only an hour.

I'd also include chips, salsas, queso dip, and maybe a mexican rice dish on the side so that it completes the meal.
