FairFX up to $1.665

FairFX are currently offering $1.665 to the pound.
A lot better than the last few months, however I think it will rise futher on the back of the positive results currently being posted by the major British banks.
I would not be suprised to see it reaching $1.75 in the next couple of months.

Interbank rate up 1.5cents today now at 1.68650. Way better than the 1.375 a few month back.
Won't make much difference to us this trip, everything paid for already, hotel with free DDP, cruise with food, tix paid in £'s. $200 free credit to spend on cruise. So won't benefit from it much at all.

we can't get our fairfx cards until we get paid at the end of this month so i'm really hoping it keeps going up! I predicted we would buy at 1.7 and that was quite a few months ago so anything above that will be excellent!

Got a friend who works in foreign currency he seems to think by the end of the year or early next year signs $ will be about $1.80, he dosent think we will get back to the $2 again in the near future anyway.....
