I've checked my balance on return from our trip and it says I'm overdrawn by $4.20 - which is correct based on the totals - I thought you couldn't go over though? I've checked and the minimum load is $20 - which I may to do and then try and use online somewhere but I'm wondering if this has happened with anyone else and what they'll likely do?

I don't know anything about the card but I wouldn't pay more than I had to, Its not a credit card so surely its their fault its gone over. I would email/ring them and ask how they want the $4.20.

The min load is £ 10.00 or $ 20.00,you can pay the £10 and this would
give you credit of $ 16.30 less the amount you are overdrawn

maybe its where a company didnt take out the money and you maybe thought you had more to spend and then used it again and the card still thought it had money hence why it went over

Never done it myself but then i am always topping it up as know I will go back to use it again

you could email them but then it may trigger a charge of somesort so I would just load it up then use it online/in a shop if you dont want to keep money on it

Surely the whole point of this card is that you don't go Overdrawn and having to load $20 to put it right is very unfair
