FairFX Problems??

Anyone having problems with FairFX tonight? It's been an absolutely nighmare tonight for me and I've been trying since about 7pm!

Trying to check boyfriend's balance and add money to his card but I can't get anywhere past the home page

Oh I had a nightmare with it last night. Remember when I said I would check and get back to you? Well I tried everything I could think of. Eventually I went onto the DIBB and clicked the link there, then hit log in at the top of the page. What a mission!!!!

I have just got on to my account with no problems, have you been able to get through yet ?
I went through the dibb link at the top of the trip planning page

I just managed to log in with no problems. I just went to www.fairfx.com and clicked log in. It worked fine.

Well just after I posted this it started working fine! Typical!

There was definitely a problem last night - just in case you thought you were going nuts - I know the page you mean. No links or anything. Just an info page. Glad you got sorted.
