Am I right in saying that if/when you want to withdraw money from your card, you can do this from an ATM for a small charge or incur the £10 charge but what exchange rate do I get??
The rate I purchased at or the current rate??

To withdraw from an ATM the charge is $2 per transaction.

The £10 charge is if you wish to take all of the remaining funds out of your card when you are back in England.

The rate you get is the rate when you purchased.
