I've read reviews on Tripadvisor and other places, and was just wondering if anyone has stayed here and can give me their opinions.

Mostly, is it clean? Is it okay for a 3 and 9 yo?

I can get a good rate on this and think it maybe the way to go since it comes with a continental breakfast. TIA.

The Fairfield is my favorite in the Marriott Village. Yes it is clean and very nice. You can use all 3 hotel pools. There is also a food court. It's a great place to stay.

DW and I stayed here Oct. 1 to Oct. 5. The entire hotel was very clean and thre was a good selection of eats, including make your own waffles, at the breakfast buffet. The pool area was spacious with plenty of chairs and towels. Overall, it was a good good experience.

One foot note: We booked the Fairfield Inn through the AAA website for $59/night plus tax for either (1) king size or (2) queens.

Have a great trip. :cool1:

We have stayed there many times and love it! :thumbsup2

They usually have great rates, the pool is large and spacious, the rooms are clean, the guest laundry is convenient and the breakfast has something for everyone.

Book it and enjoy!

I am in the midst of planning a surprise weekend for my family, and this is the hotel I have chosen based on rates an amenities for the area (if I decide on Orlando over the beach). I spent a LOT of time researching/comparing accomodations, and for the money, this seems to be the best. :thumbsup2 I have never yet stayed there however.

We stayed at the Fairfield Suites by Marriot near Universal for a couple of nights. Great hotel for what it was...a place to sleep (exceptional mattresses), a place to eat (nice continental breakfast, decent selections and free), a starting point for the day (staff was very helpful and accomodating with suggestions/info). It's not the Polynesian Resort, but for what it is, it's great! :3dglasses

We've stayed at Fairfiild Marriott Village (last stay was in late August) and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. You can also pool hop among the three hotels there, the pool at the Courtyard is the nicest. :sunny:

Stayed at the Fairfield Inn Marriott Village once and we are returning in January. It's clean, good value and in a great location. There is some renovation work going on at the moment which is due for completion in December (details on the Marriott website, although I think it's mostly just redecoration).

Did any of you use the kids club at the Fairfield Marriott Village?

Does anyone know the cost?

Do you leave them there or do you stay with them?

My boys will be 5 and 6.

We didn't use it.

It's free. (Ages 4 to 8)

It is supervised at all times. They also do a Kids Night Out which costs $35 per child (ages 4 to 10) and runs from 6 until 10pm on certain nights. It includes food and activities. I suppose this would give you a chance for a quiet meal, there is a Bahama Breeze just a minutes walk away which is very good.

We stayed 1 night at the suite hotel in Marriot village in route to resort at Disney and it was very clean and nice. The Breakfast was great with lots of hot items and make your own waffles. It was only about 5 minutes to the resorts from the hotel. We booked the Suite with a AAA rate and I think it was $80 a night.

I think we will try to use it once or twice. My boys love to hang out with other kids. And dinner for just the two of us is nice once in a while.
