Fairfield's Bonnet Creek webpage shows 4 photos initially, including a LR pic of the 4BR. If you click on the little blue arrow to see the next 4 photos, this set includes the regular Kit/LR.
To distinguish them, note that the 4BR has round, little barstools (no backrests) at the kitchen counter; its dining chairs have a curved upper back; its LR sofa has a curved upper back and it's in the middle of the great room; its bed headboards all have curvy or elaborate upper edge designs; the draperies are more plush.
The (1BR-3BR) smaller units' kitchen counters have high back chairs with a straight-horizontal, upper back edge/lip; the dining chairs have a straight-horizontal edge to the upper backs; the LR sofa (boxy in style) is backed up to a wall with framed art above; the bed headboards are rectangular; the draperies have more typical valance and drapery combinations. They're very nice and the quality is still excellent. But when you look at photos, look for rectangular lines to clue you in, that you are NOT looking at the 4BR Presidential Suites.

BonnetCreek.com's rental page photo gallery, photos 1-13 are exterior shots. See page 2 for photos 14-18, which look like the smaller units to me. Then photo 19 shows the exterior double-door entry to the 4BR Presidential, followed by interior shots of the 4BR.

For groceries, there are several options: Publix, Winn-Dixie and Super
WalMart - avoid Goodings at the Crossroads.
For Winn-Dixie, exit the development and turn RIGHT on Buena Vista Blvd. After passing DTD on your left, turn RIGHT at the light onto Hotel Plaza Blvd. In a mile, at the light at Crossroads, turn LEFT and go 2.5-3 blocks - you'll see Winn-Dixie on your RIGHT. This is a smaller, neighborhood grocery store with decent prices nearby.
If you turned RIGHT at the Crossroads light and went under I-4 for 1/4 to 1/2 mile, there's a LEFT turn at a traffic light with several restaurants (see Bahama Breeze). Turn there and follow this road around, past Dixie Stampede. At the end (a mile maybe?), there's a Publix at the corner of this road and South Int'l Drive. This is a larger grocery store with a substantial variety and very good, prepared foods in their deli area.
Goodings at the Crossroads is a TERRIBLY overpriced tourist trap of a place, IMHO. We definitely avoid it! Can't recall the nearest Super WalMart. Sorry.
