We were supposed to be leaving for WDW this Sunday for eight days, but our trip was cancelled due to economic reasons. When we broke the news to our three DDs I told them I would use my Disney cookbook that I got off ebay or other resources such as Dis to make a Disney dinner. This way we can pretend we are at WDW.
I am asking for your help on creating a dinner for our trip that never was. Even though I would like to try new things, we had reservations for the Boma, my girls are kind of picky. Any suggestions on things your children liked when you go? I am also looking for ideas on recipies for snacks you can get there too. Thanks

The Disney recipe exchange has loads of recipes. I've never eaten at Boma but I'm sure others will have suggestions
I know how sad I would be if we had to cancel a trip. We haven't been there since 2001 and we often make things we've had or heard about just to humor ourselves.
Some of our favorites are listed in the thread for which greeneyes so kindly provided links:
The whole fmaily loved Boma, so most of our favorites are from that restaurant.
