Faceless, But Thanks Anyway

I don't even know if they are technically considered cast members, but thefolks who spend all day helping us make reservations at restaurants, resorts, etc... they deserve some pretty big thanks. I was on for a good half-hour yesterday with a delightful young woman (and I regret that I don't remember her name) who helped me try and do the impossible: Make a reservation at Chef Mickey's for two weeks from now. She was tireless, patient and extremely funny. In the end, we wound up making reservations at a few other places instead, but I think the folks who help us PLAN for the magic deserve at least as much credit as those who help bring the magic to life once we get there!
