How do I tag the name of a friend in my status update? I want to mention a friend's page but I can't figure out how to tag her in my status, and I see people doing this alot lately. TIA!

Also, I used to be able to suggest pages/friends to my friends, but since they changed FB last, I can't find where to do that?
